Bronson’s Branding & Design
Murphy Empire partnered with Bronson’s, a premium Maine-based grower and producer of world-class THC flower and cannabis products, to develop a comprehensive brand identity system grounded in scientific precision and artisanal craft. We created a logo, mark system, packaging design, stationery print, signage, website visuals — all inspired by an eclectic 19th-century ephemera aesthetic, handmade typography, and bespoke illustration — reflecting the owner’s vision and the product’s unique premium positioning.

Brand Identity & Creative Direction
Our creative direction leaned into history, mystery, and craft. The visual identity system is inspired by vintage scientific print, anatomical engraving, and obscure ephemera, giving Bronson’s a brand voice that feels both scholarly and enigmatic. Textures, layout proportions, and illustrative details were selected to reinforce the product’s laboratory-level care and artisanal value.
Logo Design & Visual Language
We designed a custom typography-driven logo and supporting mark set, evoking 19th-century instrumentation and anatomical/taxonomical study. Supporting visual language incorporates fine-line illustration, textured paper finishes, and adaptable packaging systems that carry from print through digital to retail space — uniting craft and clarity.
Packaging, Print, Web & Signage Applications
The identity was applied to premium packaging for cannabis flower, labels, and product bundle design. We also designed branded signage, stationery, website snapshots, and digital assets — each piece developed with the same attention to texture, detail, and coherence. The result positions Bronson’s not just as a cannabis brand, but as a distinguished maker with heritage, science and craft at its core.
