Amolitta Pasta, Portland, Maine, partnered with Murphy Empire to develop a comprehensive brand identity system and full product-packaging suite for their artisanal semolina pasta line. Our work focused on creating a visual language that reflects craftsmanship, Italian-inspired roots, and Maine-made, handmade authenticity — giving the brand presence on shelf, online, and in print.

Brand Identity & Creative Direction
Our branding and creative direction was rooted in heritage and quality. We crafted a visual identity system that merges traditional pasta-making cues with modern design sensibility. Through handmade calligraphy, typography, color, and texture, the brand now communicates premium craft and approachability in one cohesive voice.
Logo Design & Visual Language
The logo design incorporates strong handmade calligraphic structure paired with subtle detail, delivering a mark that stands confidently in retail contexts. Supporting the logo, we developed a visual language — including secondary product brand marks, refined palette, and handmade stamp treatments — that extends across print, packaging, and digital touchpoints for a unified brand identity.
Packaging & Application
We translated the brand identity into a complete packaging system designed to stand out on shelf and tell the story at a glance. From kraft paper finishes to custom film linings and expressive layouts, every package reflects Amolitta Pasta’s dedication to craft and Maine-made quality. The result is packaging that feels premium, authentic, and recognisable across formats.
